All Tech Mechanical is hiring dispatchers to help coordinate our field technicians and ensure timely service for our customers. This role is essential to our operations—you’ll be the communication link between our office, our technicians, and the homeowners who count on us every day.


Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and dispatching service calls and installations
  • Monitoring technician routes and availability
  • Prioritizing emergency and high-priority jobs
  • Updating customers with scheduling details
  • Working closely with office staff to manage daily workflow


What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with dispatch or scheduling software a plus
