HVAC Installer

All Tech Mechanical is looking for reliable, skilled installers to join our growing team. We provide HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installation services for residential customers across Northeast Pennsylvania. Our installers play a key role in helping homeowners get the systems they need to stay comfortable year-round.



Responsibilities include:

• Installing heating, cooling, plumbing, and/or electrical systems
• Working on new construction and replacement installations
• Following safety procedures and local code requirements
• Communicating with customers and team members on-site
• Ensuring jobs are completed accurately and efficiently

What we’re looking for:

• Prior experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical installation preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
