Behind every successful service call is a team of organized, dependable office staff keeping schedules aligned and customers informed. At All Tech Mechanical, we’re looking for professional, customer-focused individuals to help manage the day-to-day operations of our busy office.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones and assisting customers with scheduling
- Managing service and installation calendars
- Communicating with field staff to coordinate jobs
- Handling data entry, paperwork, and basic invoicing
- Providing general administrative support to the team
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Experience with customer service or administrative tasks
- Proficiency with basic computer programs and office systems
