Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones and assisting customers with scheduling
  • Managing service and installation calendars
  • Communicating with field staff to coordinate jobs
  • Handling data entry, paperwork, and basic invoicing
  • Providing general administrative support to the team

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Experience with customer service or administrative tasks
